Boon Yip is a partner at Moores Rowland and the leader of the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) practice, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in advising clients on business advisory, audit and risk advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and diversification strategies.

A homegrown leader, Boon Yip has been instrumental in supporting clients’ regional needs, focusing on diversification strategies, risk management and advisory, and strategic growth. Plays a pivotal leadership role as the next-generation leader of Moores Rowland Asia Pacific, driving business transformation, regional strategies for the SME practice with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainable growth.

Passionate about diversity in professional practice, Boon Yip is committed to fostering leadership representation across all generations, ensuring an inclusive and forward-looking organisational culture.

Beyond client services, Boon Yip holds various supervisory roles as an independent director for companies listed on major stock exchanges. These responsibilities include key appointments in audit, remuneration and nomination committees, where he contributes to governance excellence and strategic oversight.

He is Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).
