About Thomas

Thomas is the senior partner of Moores Rowland Singapore. He is the leader in the public company audit and specialised in U.S. SEC and PCAOB audit.  

A practicing member for over 30 years, Thomas has vast experience working across numerous sectors regionally including payment service, digital assets, gaming, energy, constructions and regulated industries. Apart from his vast experience in audit and assurance, he is also an insolvency and liquidation practitioner and chartered valuer and appraiser.

Thomas held leadership roles in public interest entities sector for audit and assurance services, Initial Public Offering for  U.S. SEC registrant.   

Thomas is a practicing fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKCPA) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick, the United Kingdom. His dissertation paper subject was on merger & acquisition. He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
