Derren is the Tax Director (USA) of Moores Rowland Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in US tax, cross-border tax. His specialty is working with expats with equity stakes in SME. Derren moved to Singapore in October 2013 to manage the Singapore operation of a U.S. tax accounting firm.

Derren is an EA (Enrolled Agent) who has been admitted to practice before the IRS and is an associate member of the American Institute of CPAs. He has two Master’s degrees in Economics, a Certified Diploma from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK), completed Executive Education with Columbia Business School, and he has completed Advanced Tax coursework at both New York University and the University of London.
