About Eddie

Eddie is the Tax Director of Moores Rowland Singapore and the head of the Singapore Tax practice, bringing over 30 years of expertise in corporate and personal taxation.

He specializes in tax strategies, compliance and advisory services, transfer pricing, tax audits and investigations, tax fraud resolution, Voluntary Disclosure Programs (VDP), and exit tax planning. His diverse client portfolio includes expatriates and multinational corporations (MNCs) across various industries advising on complex tax matters.

Eddie possesses extensive experience in indirect taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), withholding tax, and stamp duty. Beyond compliance matters, he advises on strategic tax planning and risk management for businesses navigating multi-jurisdictional tax challenges.

His career span across the private and public sector including stint with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), further deepening his expertise in tax policy and enforcement. He was trusted with leadership as the Head of Taxation during his time with a law firm specializing in international tax, as well as roles in a Big Four and mid-tier CPA firms.

Eddie is a certified tax practitioner by the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) with accreditation of Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) for both Income Tax and GST.
