Thomas is the senior partner of Moores Rowland Singapore. He has over 30 years’ experience in a wide range of industries including payment service, digital assets, construction and regulatory industry. He joined Moores Rowland in 2018, where he had led public (PCAOB) and private company audit. He is also an insolvency and liquidation practitioner. 

Thomas is a practicing fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKCPA) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds a degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick, the United Kingdom. His dissertation paper subject was on merger & acquisition. He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
